Four and a half years ago, Vanguard Intelligence & Security Group, along with the American Legion Post 18 NSIC, published a report that stated that the City of Milwaukee and the US, in general, would be looking at a major increase in gun violence, drug use and an influx of gangs from the Chicago and other Cities.
This assessment for lack of a better word, made several points. One is that we would see the killing within the African American and Latino Communities skyrocket due to the influx of illegal weapons, drugs, and something I never heard from law enforcement - the Cartel. But more important we would see the breakdown of the local police due to years of suppression of these communities when they would be needed most
However there most concerning prediction or assessment that has recently been released is concerning. This new assessment is stating that Americans should be prepared to start facing cartel-style killing and kidnappings not just in the Southern area of the country, but here in the Midwest. When I asked the Director of Intelligence for Vanguard Intelligence & Security Group, what was the chances of any of this coming true?
His answer was straight to the point. According to him and his team, their last 5 Assessment were right around 98% correct, including the time-frame. He said that due to the Southern border being not completely locked down, the Cartel is no longer content with using the gangs and others to maintain control of their drugs and money empire.
They want more direct input as to how the drug should be distributed in the US, especially in areas of the Midwest. According to Vanguard Intelligence & Security Group, these Cartel people tend to hide their drug money.
However, according to other members that worked on the assessment, the Cartel believes that more money should be made by bringing the gangs in line with their brand of harsh justice handed out to those that either steal or fail in Mexico. Examples of this have been shown recently in the media, where entire families, including children, have been killed sometimes in the most horrifying way.
